For most events, two to four weeks is enough, but weddings and large corporate events often book two to three months ahead. If your date is flexible, we can usually accommodate shorter notice. What areas do you serve?

We serve all of Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and surrounding areas such as Palm Springs, Santa Barbara, and the Inland Empire. Our trucks are based in Irvine, Glendale, and San Diego, which lets us cover a wide radius efficiently. If you're unsure whether we can reach your location, just ask — we've traveled to events across SoCal and beyond.

How many guests can you serve?

We regularly cater events from 50 guests up to 500 or more. For very large festivals or public events, we can coordinate multiple trucks and serving stations to keep lines moving. For intimate private parties, we adjust our setup and menu to fit the vibe. No event is too small or too large — tell us your headcount and we'll design a plan that works.

Question 4

How much space does the truck need on-site?

Accepted Answer

Our food truck needs a flat, level surface roughly 30 feet long by 12 feet wide, with enough overhead clearance (about 14 feet) for our service window to open fully. We also need access to a standard electrical outlet or can run a quiet generator if power isn't available. If your venue has tight access, let us know — we've served in parking garages, private driveways, and event lawns of all shapes and sizes.

Do you cater both indoor and outdoor events?

The truck itself is designed for outdoor service, but we can absolutely cater indoor events through drop-off catering or by setting up a satellite serving station inside a venue while the truck stays parked nearby. Many of our corporate clients prefer indoor drop-off for boardroom meetings, while wedding and private-party clients love the outdoor truck experience. We adapt to your venue.

What's the booking process?

Start by filling out our event inquiry form at /inquire with your date, location, estimated guest count, and event type. Our team will review your details and get back to you within one to two business days with availability and a custom proposal. Once you're ready to move forward, we send a simple agreement to confirm your date. From there, we handle the rest — menu planning, logistics, setup, service, and cleanup.

What kind of food do you serve?

We serve California-Mexican fusion cuisine made from scratch. Think fresh tacos, epic burritos, loaded nachos, hand-cut fries, and our famous churros — all built with bold flavors and quality ingredients. Our menu blends the vibrant spices of Mexican cooking with California's fresh, produce-forward approach. Everything is prepared to order, so it comes out hot, fresh, and exactly how you want it.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. We offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options on every menu. Our plant-based proteins and veggie-forward tacos are just as flavorful as the rest of the lineup, and we can label allergens and dietary notes clearly for your guests. If you have guests with specific allergies or restrictions, tell us ahead of time and we'll make sure there are safe, delicious choices for everyone.

Absolutely. While we have curated packages that work great for most events, we're happy to customize based on your preferences. Want a breakfast-for-dinner vibe? A taco-only spread? Do you provide plates, utensils, and napkins?

Yes — all of our catering packages include eco-friendly plates, utensils, napkins, and serving supplies. We use sturdy, compostable materials that hold up to our loaded tacos and saucy nachos. If your event has specific sustainability goals or you prefer reusable serviceware, let us know and we'll coordinate accordingly.

How is the cost of food truck catering determined?

Pricing depends on a few key factors: the number of guests, the menu you select, your event location, and how long you need us on-site. A 75-guest wedding in Orange County with a standard taco package will look different from a 300-person festival in Los Angeles with multiple menu stations. Food truck catering offers a more interactive, memorable experience — guests watch their food being made fresh and can often customize their order on the spot. Traditional caterers typically deliver pre-plated or buffet-style meals. Trucks are mobile, which means we can serve places traditional kitchens can't reach, and the novelty of a food truck often becomes a conversation piece at your event. That said, many clients use us alongside traditional caterers for cocktail hours or late-night snacks. We focus on flavor, speed, and experience.

Minimums vary based on the day of the week, season, and location. Weekday lunches and off-peak months often have more flexible minimums than Saturday weddings or holiday weekends. Do you cater weddings, corporate events, private parties, festivals, and film & production?

Yes to all of the above. We've catered intimate backyard weddings, thousand-person festivals, weekly corporate lunches, film and TV production crews, graduation parties, birthday bashes, holiday gatherings, and everything in between.
